Hotone announce three new stompboxes

Hotone have made three new additions to their Skyline family of micro-stompboxes. Krush, Q-Box and Fat Buffer were announced at the Music China trade show in early October.   

All three new units have the same compact body, unique appearance, low power consumption and three discrete controls. However they couldn’t be more different in sound and usage:

Krush is a bit-crusher effect - downsampling is increasingly popular among guitarists who want to recreate Lo-fi sounds. Find out more

Q-Box is a digital envelope filter which recreates ‘wah’ sounds with different tones (created using low pass, and high pass filters) as well as a Q-depth control which can make your guitar squeal… Find out more

The last of the new Skylines is Fat Buffer which is essential for all those guitarists with long pedal chains. Fat Buffer is a gain make-up device which will help to restore the volume that can be lost across multiple pedals. Find out more
