This model combines "Phantom" and "Plate", allowing you to use two effects simultaneously (Delay + Reverb). The delay has a sweep filter affecting the delay repeats, which creates a unique sweeping delay sound. The delay time range is 50ms-1000ms. The reverb simulates the reverb sound coming from a vintage steel plate reverberator. Use the Mix and the High Damp knobs for detailed reverb control.
The Formula Drive is based on the famous Mesa/Boogie® F-100™ combo (CH 2, contour off), providing a well-balanced, smooth American-style drive. It has the rich, combination of both vintage and modern. Like the original, the subtle 3-band EQ performs more like a gain control than a tone control.
